    Hello all!

I am wondering if it is advisable and healthy to have a treat everyday, if you are a healthy weight and remain within your recommended calorie intake?

Everyday, I have a cupcake, one which I make myself with buttercream. It contains about 290 calories, but I absolutely LOVE it! On the days I don't have buns made, I have home-made scones!

Otherwise, I believe that my diet is good, and balanced enough. Perhaps it is not the best diet, but I enjoy my food!:)

    Breakfast: 30g Porridge(with water)

Dinner: Piece of battered cod/chicken with potatoes and veg

Tea: Cupcake(:)), white roll with ham, low-fat mayo and low-fat butter and maybe a yogurt.

I have about 1.6l of fluid a day, comprised of mostly water, but also a cup of low-calories hot chocolate:)

    I'm a female, 5' 4'' and less than 8 stone 7lbs.
    Thank you;)

if you're worried about it, have it anyway but make small changes elsewhere to compensate.
eg. with the fish/chicken go for breaded instead of battered, with the roll go brown instead of white, and only use mayo or butter rather than both, etc.
