Charter for dive clubs

I am currently working several jobs on the sea, diver for fishfarms, deck hand for a ferry service(also skipper a RIB during busy weekends/events) but now am considering going it alone. I live in west galway and often see dive clubs coming around for dives off the rugged west coast, now the clubs I see are the same and have there own boat/rib to get around. What i'm asking here is if there would be demand from other clubs that might not have there own boat or that don't want the hassle of a long tow. Thanks

I don't think I would give up the day jobs it seems you have a boaters dream life as it is :D Get a quote for public insurance add on mooring, maintenance, fuel and a wage for yourself then count up on average how many day's of suitable weather there is that you can go out in.
Next do a feasibility study with the dive clubs and the public to see if there is a market for sea tours or boat hire.
I have a feeling you might change your mind after you get the insurance quote:D but best of luck with it.

It can be good when its good all right, i was hoping i could get a feel for the demand on here and i've contacted various dive clubs as well. The dive club charter came to mind first because of my interest in diving but obviously it would be open to any sort of charter; fishing, we have the aran islands close by, lots of seals dolphins etc.
