Hi......am living abroad for the next 1 to 2 yrs. Had a home gym in Ireland incorporating dumbbells and swissball - mainly for conditioning and a little strength work. Goal was primarily conditioning 2 to 3 days a week. (cycling/running 3 days)

Cant really afford to shell out on a full set of weights here now again. Was thinking about a 16 and 26kg kettle bell, swiss-ball and suspension straps for pull-ups (homemade). Complete enough to allow decent progression or would I be better off just getting a set of dumbbells again?

    Thanks
