hi all, i am a mature student and i got offered a course in cit.. my problem is i work full time so i would not be entitled to a grant.. i dont think i can afford it this year so id like to defer it but i dont know if i should tell the college the truth when applying for the deferral or would i need a "better" reason/excuse..
if anyone has any experience with this i'd really appreciate any advice thanks...

Financial reasons are perfectly acceptable to put down on the deferral form. I deferred a course years ago and put down needing to work to pay for college, it was accepted no probs.
