I've seen some pretty dramatic results in people after using the 30 day shred. People don't just lose weight but they tone up quite a bit, I was surprised.
It inspired me to buy it myself and I just finished day 2 today!

I went a little too hard on myself on day 1, I'd suggest easing yourself in, especially if you're not someone who does much exercise regularly.

It now hurts quite a lot to go up and down the stairs but it'll be worth it!
