Healthy Meal Plan

    Hey all,

    I'm currently trying to put together a meal plan for 14 days, and to say I'm struggling is an understatement.

    I'm looking for meals that are high protein, good mix of mono & poly fats as well as having complex carbs. I'm also trying to minimize my costs.

    I've already got few lentil dishes, but after that I'm getting lost.

    I'd like to stay away from the mashed stud/sweet stud, lump of meat and veg dinner.

    Please the people of boards I need your help:o
