I've been awake for more than 24 hours and am wondering is it dangerous to hit the gym now?

Not dangerous just no point. Get into bed and try count to 15,000, if you pass the test then you can go to the gym

Buy a bag of coke off the geordie shore crew, take 4-5 massive slugs then set the threadmill to 30kmh. Great workout guaranteed.
