Weight gain/bulking advice

    Evening all, im currently getting back into my gym routine after being away working for a few months. Im trying to bulk up as much as possible but being my size (5 11, 71kg) I find it EXTREMELY hard... I eat and eat but i never seem to get any bigger, and thats coupled with going to the gym.
    Im just wondering if anyone has any hints, tips or advice or if there is already a thread with a program/diet regime to follow...
