Building Muscle and Sleep

    I am looking for some advise i recently started weight training and looking to build muscle. I work nights only 3 a week, on the nights i work i would come home and be asleep for 9am and wake maybe 2 or 3 and go back to bed at 11 and sleep till 9 or 10. Do i need to try and get more sleep during the day? Normally if i sleep too long during the day i cant sleep at night.
    Monday: work
    Tuesday; Sleep 9 till 2/3 again that night 11 till 9/10
    Wednesday: work
    Thursday: Sleep 9 till 2/3 again that night 11 till 9/10
    Friday: work
    Saturday: Sleep 9 till 2/3 again that night 11 till 9/10
    Sunday: sleep night 11 till 9/10
