I came across the following website.

    http://www.dannyroddy.com/

This guy Danny Roddy and Ray Peat phd claim to have found a diet which prevents or even reverses baldness. The science and links he has supporting his ideas is very technical so I thought a few of the experts around here might like to take a look. Also they recommend this diet for overall health.

Some of his pro hair foods are dairy, white sugar, liver, shellfish, gelatin, fruit, coffee, coconut oil and orange juice.

His anti hair foods include all grains, legumes, most veg and nuts. Can't remember them all.

Anyway I'd give these guys some credibility considering they were on the Chris Kesser podcast. Just wondering what everyone with expertise in the nutrition thinks.

Does he back up any of his statements with eviednce or studies? I had a quick look but it seems you have to pay to get any information

A good solid diet, exercise and healthy living will slow down hair loss for a lot of people I reckon...

There are a lot of theories out there but the only things actually proven to work are propecia and rogaine... which can bring a whole host of other problems apparently...
