Hi, hope this is the right forum.
Had my Chest, Shoulders and Back waxed about Two months ago now.
All went well except for my upper back, on the Second or Third day i started developing really bad spots on my upper back. Two months later and my back looks horrible, I have lots and lots of tiny small spots all over the back of my shoulders and the top of my back, bottom of my neck.
Any advice? Please?

Probably ingrown hairs.

Go back to wear you got it done and ask them.
