Heard many a person mention this over the years in relation to anything from drinking a certain type of tea to acupuncture to things ya stick on your feet.

Does it work ? Does it do anything ? Are there benefits ? Or is it just one of those things thats supposedly good for you but lacks the evidence to back it up ?

I'm sceptical of anything claiming to "detox". My kidneys do a pretty good job as it is!

    Sums it up.

Skeptoid.com does a good piece on it.
