Hello, In the last week i have noticed that my UPC remote not responding well ( eg vol, prog +,- buttons just seem to need an extra push ) I changed to batteries for a fresh set still same problem. If i need a new UPC remote how do i go about getting one? do i need to pay for it? The remote is with the current standard…

Hello,

The remote is with the current standard definition UPC box, perhaps its worth getting a new basic HD box? Would it cost much extra?

(A bit late.. but) replacement remote controls are 30 euros incl. VAT. If you return the existing one, and it's actually faulty, UPC will refund that charge.
