    Whenever suits!

Only argument I'd make is that you want to be up and on your feet for an hour or more before heavy spinal loading (heavy is relative and there's other factors at play), so avoid squats and deadlifts first thing in the morning.

Other than that, whatever suits best is fair game.

What happened to mid-day or evening?

Its all relative to your situation, i.e - professional athletes training multiple times a day would have reasons for why they do certain things at certain time. I'm assuming you're not a professional athlete so I would say it dosen't matter when you train. The difference gained from training at different times in the day regardless of what type of session you're doing would be negligible. All that matters is to train when ya can and make sure to get good rest.

Whenever you have time. Optimally 2 hours before you plan to eat steak.

I think whenever you feel you have the most energy and will have an optimum work-out. I'm not a morning person at all but always do my best sessions in the morning. The later I leave it in the day the more lethargic I get and the harder to get myself motivated!

2 hours before you plan to eat steak??
Ideally you have protein after a workout.
    Steak is the best.

Time in gym + time to get washed/changed + plus time to get home + time to cook a steak to mid-rare = 2 hours

So if you want to want steak at 7pm. Start at 5pm

2 hours before you plan to eat steak??

    Workout 1 hour to 1hour 15
    Wash+Getting home 30 minutes.
Preparing steak 10 minutes, note actual cooking time 3minutes so it's near raw.
Add another few minutes if you feel the need for spuds.

So yeah, 2 hours before you plan to eat steak.

I am not taking the piss here, I love eating steak after I've worked out. It has the upside of filling you with protein, much need B12 and iron.

Feck post workout shakes, give me a post workout steak any day.

wait 2 hours(or have it 2 hours before) after each meal to excercise as your digestive sytem needs to sort itself out..

Does not really matter as long you have the right diet, exercise plan and rest. I will point out that especially for guys the morning is when testosterone levels are highest.
