If you want the guys here to help you should at least give some more information for them to go on. They are excellent with diet or exercise related stuff but I am pretty sure they are crap mind readers in fairness.

What do you want help with......diet/exercise?

Thanks,as regards jst losing a few lbs and really toning up! I'm cutting the crap, have started cycling, running a bit, trying to build it up but I really want to start with the weights. I found some here that hubby bought years ago but never used so i started with them following a workout on the new rules of lifting book with small weights (10 lbs). But the whole workout took bout 5 mins..What am i doing wrong? I want a plan that I can do everyday and I'd love to know when to change weights etc...
    Thanks!! :)
