Over the last year my weight has crept up, not significantly but to a number I not comfortable with. I’m also constantly tired but after recent clear blood test, my doctor said my fatigue is probably dietary related.

An online calorie counter estimates that I should be consuming 2103 calories per day to maintain my weight, since Id like to lose about 10 pounds I should probably reduce my intake to 1600 per day. I’m moderately active, but I’m about to start daily spinning classes too.

I’m going to try to stick to a strict diet of to see if that helps with the fatigue. I’ve been searching online to find out exact weights in grams of protein, carbs, fruit/veg we should consume daily but most measurement are in cups/oz/servings.

Does anyone know exactly how many grams of protein/carbs/fruit/veg we should consume daily??
