    Hi all,

    Im turning 30 this October and want to get in great shape for it, im currently 6foot 2inches and 15 stone. Would like to lose alot of body fat and build muscle, I dont want to be a body builder or anything but would like the sterotypical swimmers body (i really dont now the technical term so im gonna go for "skinny muscly" haha! for example Brad Pitt in Fight Club or Ryan Reynolds in Blad Trinity) Now im not stupid enough to believe that i could get in that shape for October but certainly would like to work towards it.

    I know i could read loads of websites about this which I have tried and get lost very easliy with all the technical terms so I was just wondering is there anyone out there who has gone through what I am looking to do and could maybe pass me on their diet plan and maybe tips for their workout routine I would be most grateful.

    Thanks a mill for bothering to read through this long winded blabber bt would really like to get going!!
