Anybody use this / hear about it?

I got on to it from a bodybuilder I know (all ireland deadlift champion), he takes it eevry day.

Its benefits are very varied (apparently).

    *reduces inflammation
    *CV improvements
    *immunity
    *boosts metabolism

What I found when I started taking it (mixed with water every morning) is that stomach gas problems disappeared. I usually do a lot of belching! On this stuff it basically disappeared.

reason I started it was to boost metabolism a small bit easily to burn more calories during the day.

Why would a bodybuilder hold a deadlift record?
He'd be in the wrong game if he was that good.

And mixing Cayenne with water in the morning!? Cook with it brother.
If you want to take something manky in the morning, lash in the BCAAs.

Cayenne Chilli powder is very hot and can cause problems. It's effect can be different from individual to individual. It's not necessary that it will have the same effect as it had on other person.

I put it in nearly everything I cook because I love hot food. It's hardly going to make any noticable differences to your health though, you're clutching at straws here!

    "can cause problems"

    Like what exactly?

Also, Im not clutching at any straws. Just something I was told about. Read up online about it and there seems to be a lot of sites saying its got numerous health benefits.
