I train early morning so after doing my weight program Id normally have bowl museli and americano i drink plenty water too to make up for the coffee.

the museli has plenty raisins and dried fruit and nuts etc so i think im gettin enough from it but this mornin even after museli i feel bit fatigued and shakey ! mind u i did have a good hard workout and pushed myself

What do the ppl think ! :D

The only thing missing is protein.
You should always have protein in your post-workout meal to aid immediate muscle recovery.

coffee is not great after workout - have it before; after you want to calm down

Anyway, for morning workouts read http://www.charlespoliquin.com/ArticlesMultimedia/Articles/Article/880/Pre-Workout_Breakfast_Nutrition_for_9_to_5ers.aspx

And after have some carbs (high GI are fine this time) and protein.

I'll be in a similar position soon as I'll be switching my gym workout to morning times before work as its too much of a rush at lunchtime. What's a good breakfast to have post workout (which in my case consists of 2 x 20 minutes on a treadmill with two weight sessions in between-about an hour and 10 minutes in total for the workout)?
