Any tips on what to eat, protein shakes, creatine etc. Also one of my mates said that I might be able to get perscription steroids off my doctor because im badly underweight. Any suggestions?

You could listen to this bloke. You don't sound too underweight IMO. Bodyweight exercises or this lads advice on the basic movements & eating = big.

You're not "badly underweight" mate, you have a fast metabolism. Please don't go getting prescription steroids. Like the previous poster said, there are alternatives. Bodyweight exercises (maybe something like Convict Conditioning too) pull-ups etc. This time last year I was in a similar situation - 6ft 4in and weighed 12 stone. I'm up to 17 stone (or near enough) I ate loads too and didn't gain weight, but it wasn't necessarily the right stuff. So I changed some of what I eat, started on Proform Mass Builder and moved onto Whey Protein shakes with added ingredients, while working out and doing Convict Conditioning and some other stuff.

It'll work out, you'll see. Best of luck.

Good advice above. Avoid steroids, perscription or otherwise. They can cause disfunction of the tests, leading to fat gain and breast development. They can also lead to early onset male patern baldness. You have a high metabolism. That's actually not a bad thing. Up you protein and talk to a fitness instructor at your gym about a weight training programme.
