    Hi Guys,
the following machines are available in my Gym:
    Prone Leg Curl
    Overhead Press
    Compound Row
    Standing Calf
    Leg Extension
    Shoulder Press
    Chest Press
    Abdominal
    Lateral Pulldown
    Leg Extension
    Seated Curl

Could those of you in the know advise me on the best full body workout I could do using just those machines? Should I do all of these on the one day 3 days a week, or should it be like free weights where I would do different Machines on different days during the week?

    Any advice appreciated.

Why machines only? No dumb bells or barbells in your gym?

.....and no bodyweight to use? Google a few bodyweight exercises for yourself. It'll make progress easier in the long run IMO.

Not being funny or smart in anyway but I think it would be best if you started to look for a new gym.

toning up then just make a circuit from those machines. pick 6 exercises for a full body workout and do 4 circuits or whatever youre capable of.

Just work your ass off and eat less and youll get toned.

There must be some chin up or pull up bars in the gym. There excellent for your upper body.

Actually just get one for your house :D
