    Im 15, 5 foot 12 and 189 lbs with a 17% body fat...I've been losing weight since june 2011 I have lost 16kg..I did lift weights but only for 4 week or so spans every now and then...I jog most mornings(2-3 miles)..then train gaa 2 times a week should I keep cutting or start to build mass...im terrified of gaining back on weight

    if you want to keep losing weight keep doing what youre doing.

    if you wanna build muscle lift heavy and eat more protein.

    5foot 12 = 6 foot ;)

    5 ft 12??!! :confused: Is that not 6 foot? LOL

    Seriously though, if you're jogging most mornings AND training GAA twice a week, you shouldn't really gain much weight IMHO.

    Sorry for that mistake made me feel stupid! Haha but I lost the last 5 kilos on a low carb high protein high green veg!
