Pam cooking spray? for bodybuilding shows!

Hi guys, I am doing my 1st bodybuilding show in a few weeks time and I keep reading on the internet that PAM original cooking spray is meant to be a very good and cheap alternative to a posing oil. Does anyone know anywhere in Ireland where this can be purchased or know of an Irish equivalent to PAM?

It's just a vegetable oil spray. Should be easy to find an alternative in most supermarkets.
