    Been messing around for the last month, I need to stick to a program. So I need to improve my strength and I have read Dan John easy strength program and book. The program runs for 40 days, so should take me 8 weeks to complete.

    So the plan is to do the following exercises
    pull up
    dead lift
    press
    Ab roll outs
    either swings or snatches with a KB


    I will do this training at work during the day for five days and hope to do an extra session three nights a week at home. The sessions at home will just be conditioning.

    Anyone do it and if so what gains did you get ?
