Software for Drawing kichens & Wardrobes

Hi, I was wondering what would be the best software for drawing up units be it wardrobes, kitchens etc and rendering in 3d also giving a plan and elevation view And any ideas where i could get such software and rough cost thanks

Sketchup is a free 2d and 3d tool which takes a bit of learning, but is great once you get the hang of it. It has a pro version with more features.

Alibre Design Pro is another option. Costs about €500.

I see they have a cheaper PE edition, I don't really know if that would suit your needs.
