Good to see that the title is somewhat literal. Instead of just one being Taken, this times there's 2 taken..... :P While the first wasn't anything amazing, it was still highly entertaining.

I think Taken toed that dangerous line between being awesome and being ****ing idiotic, and yet somehow made it across the finish line with dignity mostly intact (although that ridiculous bit with the Sheik was a step too far for me). I wonder if they can manage the balancing act again.

Fantastic! The first one was amazing.

Strangely though, Its a great example of how casting makes all the difference. Imagine if Taken was a Jason Statham movie, it would have been well forgotten by now. Liam Neeson is everything that makes these films what they are.

Taken is easily one my favorite actions films despite it's faults. When I heard Liam Neeson talking about the plot he made it sound like he was kidnapped in the first scene and Maggie Grace would be running around (ha remember the running) kicking ass. I would have died a little inside.

The worst part about this movie seemingly so far - the fact they're giving Maggie Grace actual screentime.

Appartently the character discoved Marley since the last flick so he'll be using a Jamaican accent for this one.

....but then that's what actors do, accents.

That seems fairly simple. Their relationship was reignited due to the fact that he killed numerous Eastern Europeans to save their daughter's life.

Hard to believe the Liamster is 60 lads! Kickin' ass with the best of them.

First film was a great action film, if a bit far fetched. He is definitely on a roll though in terms of this kinds of flicks - more luck to him!
