Just stay on hold i guess, stick it on speaker and wait :(

I know they have a good rep on here but personally i find myprotein cheap and nasty both for products and as a company.

Only advice...try learn a lesson..and start licking the butter :)

Your beef is as much with DPD as anyone. I know they act as MPs agent, but it's not unusual at this stage.

Take pics. They always ask for pics.

You can try contact them through UK Muscle on the myprotein section.

Just an FYI, if you do manage to get a hold of customer service don't expect much of a refund.
They pretty much sign over responsibility to DPD once its shipped, and the packaging they're using at the moment is not a patch on what it was in the beginning.
I had a 5kg bag split open and they're only offer was a 10% voucher off my next order.
Eventually managed to get 25% and a tub, but that took a lot of chasing.

it the item arrives "broken" you have the right to get a replacement or a 100% refund.

They finally came back to me & yes they are seriously trying to fob me off. I can return the product or get 20% off.

Returning the product requires a great amount of hassle on my behalf. On their behalf is a lot more expensive & work required, but given such poor customer service from them I am going to return it.

"it the item arrives "broken" you have the right to get a replacement or a 100% refund."

You'd think that alright, they say if it got damaged in transit its the couriers responsibility.

    quick question

say you open the package before you sign for it and its damaged and then don't sign for it

    whats your next move then?

    full refund,new package delivered ?

It's still their responsibility. Ring them and tell them you want a prepaid DPD label to send it back.

This morning a new tub of Almond Butter turned up! They were giving me the run around in relation to sending the old one back. Then out of the blue I got an e-mail that was actually signed off saying new tub had dispatched. I hadn't send the old one back, its now going in bin.

I am not singing their praises but did get a replacement with minimum fuss.

Ordered stuff off them over a week ago - heard absolutely zilch from them in relation to it. No dispatch email.

As the OP had done, emailed and rang, but no reply and couldn't get through. Absolutely muck of customer service and will be moving to bulkpowders.co.uk from now on tbh.

They changed warehouses last week but I think they fúcked up as lots of people on facebook saying orders haven't been sent. Other people who ordered after the warehouse changes have dispatch mails.
