Diet PLan for title Fight

    Hi guys i have a kickboxing Title Fight 5 rounds Coming Up In october i am currently 85 kilo and i need to be down to 71 by the 20 of october the first things is my diet i have started monday gone

    Breakfast- Wheatabix with a glass of Orange Juice.

    Lunch- Brown Bread Sandwich with two slices of turkey with lettuce and mixed peppers.

    Dinner- Chicken, Fish or meat with 2/3 types of vegatables

    Snacks- Different Fruits
    2/3 litres of water a day

    i will be training 5/6 times a week boxing kickboxing sparring pads and running every day.

    could i get your input on my diet and also i have been looking at fat burners USP Labs oxy elite pro 90 capsules i have been thinking about taking them would love input from you guys

    Has your trainer successfully trained any title fighters before? If so, he is probably the man to ask.
    At a glance though imo you are not eating enough there to fuel your training sessions and definitely not eating enough protein to recover.
    Don't worry about fat burners either, they won't make a difference.

    yeah but im coming off a long break and i dont wanna push it too much like dont wanna hurt my body this is what he has given me and i would just like some input if you could should maybe start taking protein shakes ?

    Is the fight in a 71kg division, or is this the weight you want to cut to fight weight from?
    Are you going to cut weight?
    Have you fought in this division before? how did you make weight.

    The first things that I thought of. And also that your trainer is a good person to ask.
    If general, it looks like you haven't go much protein. There's a calorie deficit, which is needed. But if it was me I'd rather use the calories for better food instead of wasting them on orange juice.

    the fight is at the 71 division and im 85 at the moment and id like to get down as close as i can then cut weight yeah could you give me some extra tips ?
