    Hi all,

    I play rugby at J2 level but I go to the gym 5 times a week and play indoor soccer twice a week, and tag once a week during the summer, and would like to gain some muscle mass.

    During the season, I have rugby training twice a week, play indoor twice a week and have a rugby match at the weekend, but this year will be including weight sessions in the gym maybe 3/4 times a week.

    Are taking supplements really worth it?

    I'd appreciate any advice you could give me as I am only at the gym 2 months! Thanks.
