    Hey,

I was wondering does anybody know how to fix winging scapula? It only effects my right side but it seems to effect most of my exercises because i can't properly retract the shoulder blades. For eg when doing one arm dumbbell rows the left side feels like everything is engaged properly while on the right side the lat seems to be the only muscle working. On Deadlifts and cable rows one side seems to be doing more than the other. Any advice?

I had a similar problem but I've been doing a lot of pull ups and it seems to have stabilised my shoulders, also try doing a bit of mobility work on the shoulders from mobility wod.
