Hello! Im a female looking for another girl out there thats not scared to hit the gym and lift weights as well as do cardio. My goal is to get that definition and abs tha women have in a year and a gym buddy (possibly the one that knows and wants to do the same) would be nice to workout with and that way we can push each other to go further than we ever been to. If youre interested, do let me know :):)

Yes! Like the idea of a gym buddy! My friends are not into fitness and I'm sure I'm boring them with fitness talk these days:) Maybe I better tell you a bit about my gym habits. I might not be able to keep up with your level of training!!

30 yr old female. Member of JJBs. Mostly attend classes (cardio core, boot camp, total body conditioning lite, LBT, etc.) But if class times don't suit I'll do about 45 min gym workout. 10 min bike, 10 min cross trainer, 15 min resistance, 10 min thread mill. Totally willing to shake that routine up, but just letting u know what I do at the mo. Just discovered the fitness world 6 months ago and now i get to the gym 3-4 times a week, and I'd say I've a moderate level of fitness. I'm by no means super fit! My fitness goals for the summer are to tone up more, improve strength and loose 7 lbs.

No worries if you are looking for a buddy with a more serious routine! :):)

Hey! :) no worries about the fitness level, I'm not superior either and at the moment in on holidays so it will be a sluggish start once I come back haha. Once I come back I'll have to do lots of cardio as well and lose a few lbs, it alldepends how much of weight I'll gain :P I contacted Jjb and asked of they have one month membership but they didn't say anything, they told me before they have three months but I'm not sure if I'll pay for that long. I'm at grove island gym which isn't bad but I wanted to change the gym a bit coz the Jjb seem to have more equipments. Do you know personally how much is a membership for one month and how much it is if they do?
As for shaking the routines up we will see, I'm not asking a person to go super intense, everyone will have their own routine as well as resistance (weight) training, its just good to have a buddy to chat with and encourage each other an to talk fitness to.. Give out tips etc. that way you know you aren't alone in it all lol. Do let me know what you know about the membership as I have to look into joining a gym. :)

Scratch what I asked about JJB, just joined today, had a little tour and I was impressed by it so far. I'll start Monday early in morning and I'll go in mornings from that week then from second week on I'll go in the evenings. Not sure what times you go at but it would be nice that we meet sometime and exercise together with weights. Contact me and let me know how we can contact each other and arrange a meet in gym? Hope you're doing well. :)
