Ketogenic Diet Advice!

    Hi all im into bdybuilding and have been dieting down last 5 weeks with low carbs but now want to shoot down as hols are 3 weeks away, i started the ketogenic diet fri night but im just not sure what to eat when as im already starting to feel slight headaches, im eating 10 eggs a day, 4 chicken fillets, peanut butter, almonds, apples, protien shakes, tuna and thats about it really. in the morning i have 5 eggs and protien shake should have more with that im just not sure what to eat with what and mix it up or is there something else i can at to the diet. i can feel myself last 3 days losing weight from doing gym and cardio already but energy levels gone right down aswell.

    your doing it wrong.looks like your getting barely any fibre in your diet.

    whats your age,height,weight,training experience etc and i will help you out. carbohydrate cycling is a way better option.

    im 28, 6ft tall, i was 104kg but since slowing down on carbs come down to 96kg, training i do arms together, back and shoulders, chest and abs, legs on there own. i mix up my different excersises i do 10 - 12 reps of a good weight till fail 4 sets 30 sec break to 1 min depending, i train around 40 - 50mins a day 6 days a week i do 5 min cardio also do 5 a side soccer once a week and swimming once aweek.
