San Andreas is fairly mundane until you get out of Los Santos. But it gets so good after that.

I think that that was deliberate by them, as you see the massive change to CJ's world. The longer jouney's also let the soundtrack shine!

Ordered IV during the week, on ps3, haven't played it since I beat it on PC

This guy has serious talent, he also does all the other GTA theme tunes and I hope he does one for GTA 5! Sorry if it has been posted before:

Take a look at the GTA IV one. Some multi-instrumentalist.

Just got Vice City on Android and I'm playing the first few missions, the touch controls are awkward and I cant get a PS3 controller to work with my phone,

Anyone else notice the name on the back of the security guards during this mission where you have to start a riot, made me laugh

Yeah, touch controls are a heartbreaker.

I'm working my way through IV. I originally played it on the PC, now ps3. Driving works a lot better but I'm not used to combat. Feels weird....I've forgotten way more of this game than any of the others.

Re-started TLAD today and it is so good. Didnt even mind that I spent 20 minutes trying to lose a 3 star wanted level because that prison bus was soooooo slow. Billy has made me hate him all over again :pac:

So I've been playing Bully again...

I didn't have the Scholarship edition when I first played through it, so I totally missed the joy a panda head can bring... :pac:

Wow, I didn't even know this existed until I was randomly reading the SA wikipedia article:

The actual drive-by at the end could have been done better. Like, why didn't they just shoot Sweet's house if they were gunning for him? His mother could have been visiting or something...

Yeah I came across that recently.

I think the SA story is the most compelling of all the GTA's. The story for IV is well developed, and Niko is a very interesting character, but I think the supporting characters in SA are much stronger.

I can see why they went away from famous actors who might overshadow the roles but I think that Big Smoke and Tenpenny are easily the best villains in the GTA series.
