there are hundreds of different "diets" ? what diet are you on ?

I'm not any particular diet. It's not actually for me. Few examples i'd be looking for would be Hi gi/Lo Gi , Atkinson Diet , Acid/Alkaline , Paleo. What i'm looking for is different diet plans to have to print out
