    Hi guys,

I have been training on and off for quite a while now. The one thing that has always been my downfall is sorting out an effective eating and nutrition plan.

Is there anyone on here who is a professional at that side of things who can do the following:

    - tell me what to buy supplement wise, what to take and when to take it
    - tell me what should be in my shopping basket
    - come up with a meal plan tailored to me, the training I am doing, goals etc.

I have tried following different plans online and in magazines and I don't think I have ever nailed it, it has always lessened the benefits of my training.

So, if someone here is a professional and wants to come up with a plan for me, please reply here or PM me what you would charge for doing that.

Currently I just reset the Stronglifts 5x5 program and started it again after a 2 month break from training due to work related travel.

I know there are a lot of knowledgeable people on here as well as people who work in the fitness and training industry so thanks in advamce.

    JL

Anything else you want people to figure out for you while they're at it?

(and all without giving any indication of your age, sex, weight, current diet and fitness regime)

He said he wants to pay someone to do the work. He's just looking to find the right person.

    - tell me what to buy supplement wise, what to take and when to take it
None, you need all your money for food
    - tell me what should be in my shopping basket
Fish, white meat, red meat, green veg, eggs, porridge, coconut oil...thats my shopping trolley anyways
    - come up with a meal plan tailored to me, the training I am doing, goals etc.
Kinda hard without knowing what your up to, but the above should cover you in different quantities depending on your goals!!

But to be fair your post did have a certain...well i'd be wondering that if your not pushed doing the research....would you be pushed to implement what someone gives you?? Dominic's only going to show you a 7ft plyometric jump after your rowing session....he wont do it for you:p

You misunderstood my post, I am not looking for people to tell me here on the thread for free. That would be a ridiculous thing to ask without giving any information whatsoever....I'm asking for a recommendation of someone who knows this and offers a service where I can pay them to come up with a personalised plan for me, then I can tell them all of the items you mentioned.

I did. Read. The. Stickies. Many times in fact. My efforts did ok but didn't cut it in my opinion. I am looking for someone who does this for a living and might want a client and to make sure I get better results.

I was pushed to do the research and gave it a crack, now I want to address it more seriously and put my money where my mouth is so to speak.

The "doing" part is not, has not or never will be an issue.....just have not had the results eating wise that I want despite trying different things.
