    Hi guys,

Starting my first Lean Bulk tomorrow.

Just wanted to check and make sure my Macroo's are OK.

    Male
    25 Years Old
    154lbs
    19.5% BF

    Daily Calories: 2400
    Fat: 73.5
    Carbs: 238.8
    Protein: 160.3

The above actually comes to 2,238 calories but I will be adding in random veg including peppers, onions and mushrooms. I usually credit this as around 150 calories.

    Thanks in Advance

your nearly at 20% bodyfat and you want to bulk? i hate to say it but you are in the skinny fat range for your weight.barely any muscle and a decent amount of fat.drop carbohydrates to 150g and increase protein.cardio on an empty stomach 4x a week

Had a look around the net and the TEE calculator I found came out with 2700. The calorie calculator I use came out around 2850.

I'd definitely say 2400 is not enough for a bulk. 2800-2900 would be required. Do you have a diet plan worked out? What sort of foods are you going to use to reach those calorie numbers?

What sort of training program will you be using?

As for the poster saying you shouldn't bulk at that bf %, I would disagree. If this is your first time training and you are cleaning your diet up then you'll put on muscle quite quickly. You can then strip the fat away once you've put on a bit of mass.

There's no point cutting away all the fat to a skinny frame.
