    Weighed in heavy today - 105.8kg SHW fatness.

    Snatched 61/66/70 for a 4kg comp PB.

    C&J went 92/96 - good.
    100 - got C, failed J.
    The "clean" was an abomination but it was the 1st time I've ever cleaned 3 figures


    Total of 166kg, up 2kg comp on last comp. 5/6 lifts isn't bad. Another day out in 4 weeks time in UU Jordanstown.

    Straight back into training tomorrow.
