    Hi,

I recently got an interview with Lidl for store assistant and was just wondering has anybody had an interview for this position?

If so, what kind of questions do they ask?

    Thanks very much:)

They want to know that you're flexible and can learn fast and work faster. If you have experience in factory work or in a bakery that's a plus. Experience in other supermarkets can be a bad thing.
They ask basic questions and there will probably be a numeracy test. Practice calculating 30% and 70% of different prices. If you're given an interview and are flexible and look like a hard worker there's an 75% chance you'll get a job.

Do you know what kind of aptitude test it is? Numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning etc.?

How about the interview questions? Any tricky ones?

    Thanks! :)
