Carb cycling

    Trying to shed the extra 2.5 stone I gained during pregnancy last year. So far Ive lost 22lbs since the birth 14 months ago but its been a slow hard slog. This is fine I guess but it often takes me about 3 months just to lose 3 lbs!! Ive been doing this mostly through WW but decided I needed a bit of a shake up. Have done low carb before but not sure I have the same focus for it (mentally I found it hard at times as I am a comfort eater). Ive been carb cycling (following a book called the Pyramid Diet Plan) for the last 3 weeks and Im finding it easy enough to manage and eating pretty clean but the scales dont seem to be moving.

    Just wondering what any of your views are on carb cycling?
