    Hey Guys

So i want to buy a supplement to help with my digestive health, especially because bowel cancer and other bowel issues run in my family.

    I'm looking at http://www.discountsupplements.ie/now-8-billion-acidophilus-bifidus-120-caps?filter_name=Now%208%20billion

    and http://www.discountsupplements.ie/now-super-enzymes-180-tabs?filter_name=Now%20super

    I am currently taking http://www.discountsupplements.ie/controlled-labs-orange-triad-270-tabs?filter_name=orange

What do you think? is it okay to take all three or should i drop one of the NOW products?

    Thanks for the help.
Finish what you are currently taking and take the now supplements if digestion is your primary focus.

That probiotic I think should be kept refrigerated all the time (unlikely this is going to happen) so get a fully stabilised one instead.

Hope you have cut the wheat out of your diet also and eat plenty of veg and some natural yoghurt

Just bought a 6 month supply of orange triad, best supplement i have ever bought. I can not express enough how amazing it is. I am going to take all three and see how i get on.

And i never really had much wheat but have stopped it altogether although can't resist a bowl of wheatabix every now and then :D

The orange triad has no digestive enzymes or probiotics in them so yes get the others

apple cider is good (use it daily) but not always effective if the person has got digestive issues but defo worth a try as its cheap as chips.

Try one for a month and then the other and maybe both - neither of which is worth a flippin dam if the person continues to eat lots of wheat and other digestion disruptors

I would recommend you try revive coenzymeq10 it is excellent for energy and overall wellbeing. If you were to buy supplements individually in a health store you would pay up to 250 EURO to obtain all the benefits of this product which is about 60 euros per month
