Yes they can, prices can start lower and be raised, they just cant be lowered during the day. Read the Intoxicating Liquor act. It says alcohol cannot be sold at a price lower than the price at opening time, it does not say you cannot start with a lower price, then raise it later

and unlike every other pub you could just open one of them

that way people wouldn't have to queue as much




pitcher has to be cheaper than buying pints , otherwise there isn't much benefit to the customer



find out what works for the punter rather than the publican , if it works for both win/win
