    Does anyone know of anywhere in Cork City where they have Toning tables? Any info would be much appreciated :):):)

    theres a place on the northmain street .. not sure where though saw an ad in the evening echo last night..

    No idea what they are, I'm guessing something like a gym mat or something (maybe..?)

    I suffered a bad spinal injury and i need to tone my back and stomach muscles but i'm pretty unable to exercise. A friend of mine in london with a similar problems swear by them, so after 18 months of agony and having tried everything, i think its worth a go :)
