I always need a dessert to finish off a meal.... other wise I start craving sweet things and might go buy a pack of chocolate biscuits and scoff the lot.

Trying to come up with some healthy/healthtier desserts.

    How does this sound:

Steamed pear/apple with some toasted oats, some cinnamon and low fat vanilla yoghurt.

As in it tastes great but just wondering how alright it is if the rest of my diet is fairly healthy.

    Apple and raspberry crumble.

Stew the apples and some frozen raspberries from Aldi. No sugar.

The crumble is made with ground almonds and a little bit of butter to make the almond a bit 'crumbly'.

Put the crumble on top of the apple/rasberry mix and bake at 180 for 20 minutes or until the the apple/raspberry starts to bubble up.:pac::pac::pac:

Some interesting recipes on this webpage...have tried some of them out before if in need of a healthy treat. She used to be on the Tom Dunne show. Some sweetener in them but with the amount of effort it takes to make them you wont be doing it all to often!

natural/Greek yogurt with a small squirt of honey and fresh mixed berries usually do it for me.
