Holiday in 3 months....Help!

    First of all...well done!! Great Progress and an Inspiration!

    I'm basically stuck and not sure what to do...I've been trying for 3-4 years to get in shape.

    I lost like 45lbs when I was younger the wrong way and lost a lot of muscle.

    I'm currently 154lbs at 5"8"

    I checked my BF% today and it says that I am 17%.

    I posted in a different forum before and was told that I needed to add muscle mass as I didn't have .

    I'm heading to Ibiza in 3 months and will be spending most of my time on the beech.

    I really want to get as toned as possible for the holiday as it could ruin my holiday if I am self conscious about about my body while lying out on the beech.

    My questions are:

    1. Should I Bulk or Cut for 3 months?
    2. Is it possible to add muscle mass eating at maintenance?
    3. Should I incorporate cardio/core in my specific routine. Will it speed up my fat loss?
