    Hey guys,

Suffered from mild tendonitis in the left elbow from excessive BW training. Did the whole rest, relaxing, ice/heat. Now there is no pain.

Are there any specific tendon strengthening exercises to prevent future tendon pain?

I was talking to Hanley who recommended high rep presses and curls. Any other advice guys? :D

    Thanks

I was told this morning I have golfers elbow - tendonitis on the inside of the left elbow.

While I find curls do help after a session, the only real cure according to the doctor I spoke to this morning is rest in minor cases, steroid injections in medium cases & surgery in very bad cases.

I told him that taking a break from training isn't something that's going to happen any time soon.
    He gave me anti-inflammatories (Difene).

Apart from that, have you tried tiger balm or winter green or something like that?

No I agree rest is best but I am looking for preventative measures for future tendonitis avoidance. :D

They don't actually hurt now, I just don't want them to either!

Eat move improve on tendonitis - google and read. Very very interesting piece.
