Otherwise if you want liquid calories, MyProtein Total Gainer seems good.

Serious mass isn't that high in protein. It's 50g per 334g serving (or 15%). 50g might sound like loads, but that purely down to the huge serving. Most of the calories are from the 250g of carbs, which totals 4kg out of the whole tub.

For the same price, 5kg of whey would provide around 5 times the amount of protein (4kg vrs .8kg)

I'm not saying its not a good product. Carbs/Calories are necessary too. But 50 quid is a lot when the bulk of it is carbs. Carbs aren't expensive.

Buy a tub of protein, and buy a bag of porridge, blend up the porridge and use 3 scoops of porridge and 2 scoops of protein.
    60/70g+/- carbs
    44g+/- protein
    416+/- cals

Add some peanut butter to bump calories up if you wish.

Alot of the mass gainers on sale are laden with simple carbs,in other words you will put on weight but mainly fat:mad:
Use the example i posted above and adjust protein/carb values to suit your goals.
    Real food,real simples.....:pac:
