    Hi

I recently got diagnosed with a Inguinal hernia http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/inguinal-hernia/DS00364 just incase some of you dont know what it is!

I was just wondering how to tailor my training around it! for example doing the likes of deadlifts, and squats would be out of the question.

So would anyone have any advice on what other exercises I could do instead! Its mainly for my legs day that im struggling to find suitable alternatives!

    Thanks

Are you attending a GP or Physio? as these would be best placed to provide the advice you are looking for.

Advice for exercising around a hernia can't be done here I'm afraid. That will need to come from the GP or Physio as said above.
