My BMI is in the normal range and I would be considered slim but I have a puffy, bloated face. My diet would be good, I cook most of my own food and eat mainly healthy food--no salt added ever. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to get weight or fluid or whatever it is off the face?? I hate the sight of it.

    Is your face always bloated?
    Could you be dehydrated?
Do you have an adequate intake of vitamin C?

My face gets puffy from carbs or if I'm dehydrated. I know it might sound silly but I con honestly see it in my face if I overdo it with the bread or pasta for a couple of days!
    Hope that helps :)
