    How many of you use white board on a regular basis?
    How many of you like to give lectures while standing in front of a white board?

    When did the whiteboard become so ubiquitous in s&c coaching

    I'm not an S&C coach, however in a lot of learning environments either a whiteboard or powerpoint presentation are used to explain/teach an idea. Powerpoint presentations are not really suitable for S&C coaching I would imagine, so a whiteboard comes in handy.

    It's not just S&C coaching, when I swam competitively my coaches used to use a whiteboard to explain technique, write up a session etc. Its just a useful prop as it is quite versatile.
