hey which is more effective when toning up,i want to keep up the weights so i wont loose any muscle when on a low carb diet i am doing every second evening but i read somewhere not to do cardio as it will just use up the very low carbs and the protein that im eating .is this true or a load of bull? i think it said that cardio on a low carb diet will just eat away at muscle and be more skinny than toned,im a lad 6ft 26yrs old 86kg down from 90

Do both. Each are slightly different in how improve you physically. On separate days is my personal preference, but if want to do them together (which is also fine) do weights first.
